QUALITY POLICY
Architectural Aluminium and Glass Ltd are manufacturers and installers of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling to the commercial markets.
Our activities are carried out in accordance with our Quality Management System and Factory Production Control, which is managed in line with the requirements of the recognised international standard, ISO 9001:2015. Objectives have been set for each of the key processes and the outputs of those processes are continually monitored to ensure that customer requirements and quality standards are met.
Improvements to the key processes are discussed at Management Review Meetings and implemented where necessary to enable continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
The Quality Manual sets out the organisation and arrangement of our management system and contains procedures and associated documentation to manage and control our business so that our customers can rest assured, that we are striving to achieve excellence in the products and services that we offer.
The aim of our quality management system is to ensure that:
- we deliver a quality service to maintain excellent customer relations
- our customer’s requirements have been fully understood and met
- all work is carried out consistently to a defined standard
- we have the skills and resources to fulfil our customer requirements
- our staff are fully trained and involved in quality improvement
- we strive to continually improve our systems and procedures
- we only use products and services that meet our own quality assurance standards including fire protection products that are covered by UKAS certification.
- a professional approach to customer interface is always maintained
- complaints are dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe
- we satisfy current statutory and legal requirements in accordance with the products and services we provide.
We recognise the importance that the quality of our products and services has to the future of our business. Quality is a degree of excellence, which is ever changing. Every member of staff is involved in managing how we can improve today, tomorrow and long into the future. From the smallest procedure to the largest contract, quality is key to customer satisfaction and to our future growth and strategic development of the business.
This Quality Policy is shared with our employees to ensure they are aware of the quality expectations required for the products and services that we offer. We are fully committed in supporting our employees in their roles to enable them to achieve the quality expectations.
The Quality Policy statement is included as part of Architectural Aluminium and Glass Ltd’s quality management system and will be reviewed at regular intervals.
