Architectural Aluminium and Glass Ltd were appointed in 2020 to design, manufacture and install the curtain walling screens, windows and doors at the derelict former Elizabeth Shaw Building in the Greenbank area of Bristol.

The project is being carried out in three phases and consists of 7 apartment blocks and 5 terrace housing developments.

The windows are fabricated from the Smart Alitherm 600 range, the curtain walling screens from Technal MX Visible Grid range, the Doors from the Smart Alitherm Plus range to the residential spaces, and the Smart SmartWall range to the communal and retail spaces.

The windows to Block F were fabricated from the Smart Slimline Heritage range with arched heads which is in keeping with the original industrial look of the building which was extremely important to the planners.
