Architectural Aluminium and Glass Ltd were appointed to design, manufacture and install the Curtain Walling Screens, Windows, Doors and Fire Rated Doors at the new Sideshore development in Exmouth.

The Building is to be jointly owned and will house a Watersports Centre for the local residents and a new Restaurant for the renowned chef, Michael Caine.

The Curtain Walling Screens were fabricated from the Technal MX Visible Grid range, the Windows from the Technal FY65 range and the Non Fire Rated Doors from the Technal STII range and the 1 hour Fire Rated Doors from the Schuco ADS 80 FR30 range.

The overall design has provided a striking appearance to the building which will bring both the community and visitors to the area together to enjoy the stunning views, Watersports, food and drink that is on offer also providing amazing views looking out over the River Exe.
