We delivered the glazing package for a 330-bedroom, nine-storey purpose-built student accommodation located near UWE’s Frenchay Campus in Filton, Bristol.

The scope included curtain walling manufactured using the Technal Tental system, alongside windows produced from the Technal Soleal Next FZ75 profile. These high-performance systems contribute towards the building’s target of achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

Our team ensured that all manufacturing activities were completed on schedule, enabling installation works to progress in line with the overall programme.

This project marks our first collaboration with Bowmer + Kirkland, and we look forward to building on this relationship in future developments.
