New Projects

We are kicking off the new year with several exciting new projects.

We are currently on site at South Western House located in Bournemouth, installing new windows and doors as part of a major refurbishment which is being delivered by IESIS Urban. Once complete, the refurbished building will provide 127 student rooms, along with new communal spaces.

In March, we are due to start on site at the new Valley Park Primary School in Didcot. Barnwood Construction is the Principal Contractor for this project who we have worked with previously. We are thrilled to have been awarded the glazing package on this project and are looking forward to delivering our manufacturing & installation activities in line with the agreed programme.

We also held a preliminary meeting this week with Bowmer + Kirkland, who will be the Principal Contractor for the new student accommodation at Albert Road, Bristol. Our Estimator, James Millard, has worked closely with Bowmer + Kirkland and the Architect, Stride Treglown, to ensure all information required for Gateway 2 has been provided in line with the new Higher-Risk Buildings legislation under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Installation of the glazing package, comprising of windows, doors, and curtain walling, is due to commence in April.

We are also pleased to be subcontracting once again for Tilbury Douglas on the newly built Artemis Academy Special School in Oxfordshire. The glazing package includes windows, doors, and curtain walling, all manufactured using Technal profile systems.

We will continue to provide progress updates on all the aforementioned projects via our social media channels and newsletters.

Projects Nearing Completion

Several projects are now drawing to a close, including the refurbishment of Aviva Plc offices in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. It has been a pleasure working with Overbury Ltd on this project.

We are also nearing completion of installation works at SAP 4 Student Accommodation in Filton, Bristol. This exciting project ran for 11 months on site and involved approximately 3,000 fabrication hours. It marked our first collaboration with Bowmer + Kirkland, and we are pleased to be working with them again this year on the Albert Road project.
