The former St Mary’s Hospital in Clifton, Bristol has been redeveloped into apartments and town houses to accommodate the growing number of students that choose Bristol University as their place of study.

Our estimating team worked closely with the architect throughout to ensure that the budget was maintained and cost saving initiatives discussed.

Technal System Profiles was used to manufacture the windows, doors and curtain walling. A combination of tilt and turn vents and fixed lights were fabricated from the Technal FY65 profile. Curtain walling was manufactured from the Technal MX capped profile system which offers high thermal performance whilst delivering optimum quality.
