UPCOMING PROJECTS

It has already been a busy start to the year with projects such as St Mary’s Student Accommodation and Phase 2 of The Chocolate Factory nearing completion. We also have lots of new and exciting projects starting this year, some of which are detailed below.

Dyson Cancer Centre, RUH Bath
A pioneering new cancer centre is being built at the Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath for which we have been selected as the successful window contractor for the project. The glazing package consists of curtain walling, windows and doors both fire rated and non-fire rated products which will be manufactured from Aluprof and Technal and profile systems respectively. Our design team are working closely with the Architects IBI Group and the Principal Contractor, Kier Construction, to ensure customer requirements are met from the outset.

Harbour Arch Quay, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth
Harbour Arch Quay is a block of waterfront apartments which will sit between pinnacle quay and salt quay house and will provide luxury living opportunities close to the heart of the city centre. Our package includes curtain walling from the Technal MX52 Capped range complete with insert vents, Smart Alitherm Plus hinged doors, VisoGlide Plus Lift and Slide doors and VisoFold 1000 Bi-Fold doors. The South Elevation has Contravision glazing from the first through to the eighth floor offering an aesthetically pleasing way to provide privacy to the occupants.

Brewery Quay, Salcombe
A development of new homes and two ground floor retail spaces at a waterside location in Salcombe. Our glazing package will include a combination of both Technal and Smart profile systems which will provide a beautiful aesthetic to these luxury homes.

37 Eign Gate, Hereford
A former empty retail space in Hereford is being converted into Student Accommodation and teaching facilities. Selected as the successful window contractor by one of our new clients, Ostin Construction, we are pleased to be manufacturing and installing the curtain walling, windows, and doors for this exciting project.

Cats Protection Centre, Exeter
Another new client, Pave Aways Limited, selected us as the successful window contractor for the manufacture and installation of the glazing package at the new Cats Protection Centre located in Exeter. Once complete, the centre will be able to provide first class facilities to enable staff and volunteers to care for the cats that come to the centre each year.

Sherbourne School, Dorset
A new £9 million extension to the existing school is being built by Amiri Construction. Our design team is currently working with the architects to ensure customer requirements are met and manufacturing and installation activities will be delivered on programme.

Paintworks IV, Bristol
An exciting development at Paintworks will provide residential, commercial, and public use spaces along with a boating pond. We have been selected to provide the glazing package to the north block which will consist of curtain walling manufactured from Technal Profile System.

Images Student Accommodation, Worcester
A derelict nightclub in the city of Worcester has been demolished to make way for a new build student accommodation consisting of 83 beds and communal ground floor areas. Our team will be working in line with the agreed programme ensuring that installation activities are on target for starting on site in June 2022.
