We are delighted to have received an award this week from Hydro Plc for the work we completed on the Institute for Advanced Automotive Propulsion Systems (IAAPS) project. This was the first project in the UK to utilise the Hydro Circal 75 aluminium profiles which is made from a minimum 75% of recycled, post-consumer aluminium scrap. This drastically reduces energy use in production which helped achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating.

Approximately 10.48 tonnes of Hydro CIRCAL 75R profile system was used to manufacture the glazing package which in turn cut out 66 tonnes of CO₂ Emissions.

Andrew Hart, Hydro Account Manager, visited our Bristol office today to present the award to one of our Directors, Del Wilson and Estimators, Richard Flicker and James Millard.
